Roxio 10 is certified for Windows Vista and Supports Windows XP.  Roxio suite is a lot of programs in one.  It has a really good web site at www.myroxio.com which has a lot of information on different things you can do with this program and how to do them.  Such as Photo Scrapbooking, creating greeting cards, calendars and video training tools.

They have tips and tutorials on how to produce movies with step-by-step instructions.  You can create slide shows with photos, music and transitions.  You can also burn or copy CDs and DVDs, backup photos, videos, music and irreplaceable files.

There is a three-step wizard that lets you auto-edit your movie.  Then upload to YouTube in one click or put it on a DVD

You can enhance your photos and video taken on your mobile devices and use them in projects with other media. 

Roxio introduced a new program called MyMoments that consists of step-by-step video tutorials that will lead you through many projects.  Particular actions that need to be performed by a user are highlighted with a “Show Me” link.  You can go to MyMoments by going to www.myroxio.com  Click on Roxio-MyMoments to get to the tips and tutorials.

Improvements have been made to the AutoMix a feature that automatically generates a collection of songs that sound great together, based on a single ‘seed’ song selected by the user. The collection can be saved to the Hard Drive as a playlist.  There is a Batch Audio Converter that saves you time by automatically converting a wide range of audio file types into a single desired format (such as MP3).

SmartSound provides a variety of built-in sound tracks to suit any mood.  You simply select the music you like and it is automatically added and adjusted to fit the length of the production.

Data files can be automatically spanned across multiple discs as required.  Finding a file that’s stored on a disc is now a whole lot easier with the new Disc Gallery feature that creates a catalog on the user’s PC of all the off-line content stored on CDs and DVDs. 

You can make your project simple or as sophisticated as you want.  This program is very good to make DVD’s of family gatherings, trips, grandchildren, school programs and many more things.  Just use your imagination.
