Axialis software company offers this software for creating exciting and personal icons, buttons, and even toolbars for your personal or business use. This is a professional software program and definitely not for the computer beginner. If you are a developer, webmaster, or designer then this is a program that will help enhance your work.

Even if you are an experienced graphic editor, I suggest you take the time to read the instructions and go through the tutorial information that is offered with this software. The tutorial is extremely well written and answers the how to questions.

Creating icons for a website is not only challenging, but fun. You can take the website and totally personalize it. As a webmaster, I know that the biggest objective is to get people to look at your website. When you can personalize it to the degree that ICON WORKSHOP TM allows, even the toolbar, you will see your hit button soar!

ICON WORKSHOP TM allows you to convert icons between Windows and MacOS. I am not proficient on the MacOS, so am not able to try this myself. This program will also work on the latest Windows OS, Vista.

The editor (work area of this software) is easy to understand and the tools are very easy to access. With a click of the mouse, it is possible to create icons with the drag-and-drop maneuver. You can add images and text to any of your creations with ease.

This software is compatible with graphic industry standards. In other words, you can use images you have already created using Photoshop, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, etc. This saves time and energy having to recreate the icon image.

There are templates that can be downloaded from the Axialis website. This gives you a wide range of buttons or icons to help create your own style of icon. These templates can be easily customized to your needs. This program offers so much that it is impossible to list all the features in a regular software review.

This is a fantastic program if creating icons and buttons are required for either your work or pleasure. It is not a graphic program to be used as an enhancing or editing program for the regular digital photo.
